Azir skin idea

So all of Azirs skins are so serious and dark, well I want to make a skin that gives him a bit more fun option (other than being a brd of cource) here is the skin. Forman Azir, Azir puts on his hard hat, work belt and his sand soldiers take their shovles (and hardhats we don't want OSHA on his tail...feathers) , There is a lot of work to do if azir is going to rebuild Sharima. Better get to work. here is a sparce concept art of some of of what i'd like to see, note what I drew is not enough to make a skin off of but its a start.
