E Ability - Illusion Scream - Kisana Makes A Illusion Of Herself On The Map And Is Able To Control Herself To avoid Being Damaged And Decieve The Enemy..

R Ability - [ Ultimate ] - HEARING LOSS - Kisana Lets Out A Deafining Scream And Causes All Enemy Champs On The Map To Cower In Fear For 2 Seconds From The Sound Covering There Ears !

Kitana and sindel = kisana? Good concept but the abilities are a little bit too much, Q is too much, W seems ok but a free crucible is a lot, her E sounds funky and the ult is a lot. Her power budget is really high.

Shes really good but whats her Stats, her scaling on her abilties cause if anything she soulds like a early game bully but has a bad translation to late game to make her balanced shes going to have to be squishy also what are the ranged on her abilities besides R since its global. her passive is ok but in team fights its going to be almsot next to useless since it interacts with the closet ally to you not the ally with the least amount of health and if you die next to a tank who is close to full health then your passive jsut healed it make it to the ally with the least amount of health. it also seems a hard counter to her would be morgana do to black shield her E is alittle op make it so you make a clone of yourself in a radius not global since she would just E away since she wouldnt be damaged in the early and late game i can see her combo being E, Q and autos depending on her cooldowns and her W is pretty much negate almost any harrasment from the enemy but again you need to put the ratios on here.

her main items would most likely be item 2045 , item 3504 , item 3190 , item 3069 , item 3158 , item 3157

she would get counter by Morgana , Blitzcrank , Lulu , Soraka since they all have something to deal with her kit
