LP appeal system

Alright, as a player in league of legends who is trying to get better and climb up the ladder i noticed there are so many toxic people, inters, trolls and people who simply leave the game when they want knowing its a ranked game, all of these things cause US to lose LP when queuing solo for other peoples bad performance or sportsmanship behavior. So i was thinking of a way to deal with this and thought a report isn't enough alone as YOU as a player still lose your LP at the end of the day and could end up demoting because of someone else's actions.

Now my idea to solve this issue by implementing an appeal system where submit a case when you lose LP due to someone on the team purposefully trolling, linting or leaving game. obviously its the same as reporting except you actually get your LP back. now i was thinking it could be submitting the game ID and it can be looked over to see if the allegations are true , false claims will be turned away, too many false claims from a single person may result in a ban for example.

Some people my argue the point with you can just earn the LP back but this is something which takes from 15 minutes (if surrender) to basically and hour plus to get between 18 - 22 LP (just an example) which is very time consuming and having to play at least 15 minutes to just basically a guarantee lose is a waste of time.

Hope Riot looks into my suggestion/idea and consider something like this in the future.

Note: Ranked solo queue is you as the player gaining LP for your performance wait should this be impacted by your team. so maya also add an actual solo type of points you can earn or change how you gain LP.
