Jax Overpowered

I think that Jax is too OP, because he can capture the enemys with the E and he is taking all his damage of him with his E. Even more, the champion, can jump with the Q to an enemy, so no one can run away from Jax. In the late game, the player could buy with Jax items which gives Damage and Lives, so the result is that he is a tank which makes lot of damage and a 1v1 is not possible against a Jax with 3000 Lives, which makes a lot of damage and surives even long because of the much lives and he didnt get any damage with the E.
