Cartoon Themed Skins?

Is it just me or should there be an attempt to work-in, via a licensing agreement, some skins based off of cartoons/anime? Some 1980s cartoons seem like perfect fits for at least some of the current heroes including He-Man and Thundercats.

So for He-Man you get something like: Taric = He-Man Veigar = Orko - This is actually what gave me the idea Miss Fortune = Teela Warwick = Battle Cat? Evelynn = Evil Lyn Fizz = Mer Man etc.

Thundercats (1985 version): Taric/Garen = Lion-O Amumu = Mumm-Ra Kog'Maw = Ma-Mutt Nidalee = Cheetara Renekton = Slythe Wukong = Monkian Teemo = Robear etc.

Other ideas?
