The Monster Sion

Simply a Halloween skin where Sion would look like Dr. Frankenstein's Monster. And have Swain look like Dr. Frankenstein since he played a major role in resurrecting him. His weapon could be a electric coil like the movies use. His shield could either have a blue color to it or be electricity. His Q could be him planting the coil in the ground causing various amounts of electricity to surge forwards. His E would be basically the same. His ult would be the same. And his passive would be that when he dies, the coil lands on the ground, a large arc of lightning strikes him to bring him back, and the coil remains standing until his body despawns.
