leblanc new skin ideas

why isnt there a Leblanc-y Kong skin? like Leblanc without her headdress thing but add a red tie with a big LK on it... i mean its super low hanging fruit, i'd buy it. they could make it a duo skin with Wukong or something? im sure Riot could make different enough to keep Nintendos lawyers from being able to do anything. thoughts?
