My Idea For "The Ink Mage"

Riot Meddler recently talked about a champion they were designing called The Ink Mage, however, he said they couldn't come up with a good design for him/her. I think I've thought of an idea for a kit that would work well and be really fun to play as. This champ would be a playmaking mage support (think Morg, Sona, etc.) With an emphasis on chasing and engaging.

Passive: The Ink Mage does not have Mana, instead he\she has ink. All of the ink mage abilities cost ink. The ink mage slowly regains ink passively or by auto attacking. (I'm not sure if the auto attacking would work out or not) the main way he/she regains ink is by collecting the ink on the ground left by he/she's abilities. Whenever the ink mage collects this ink, he/she gets a movement speed buff. The ink left is equal to a portion of the ability that left the ink's cost (75%?)

Q: Is a set straight line skill shot (Think Victor E) that can be drawn to be any distance (maxes out to about Zerath Q range) (this ability would do moderate damage and be a good chase/escape tool with the movement speed buff from his/her's passive)

W: draw a plus over an Ally or your (the plus would have an outline over the Ally or yourself that stays over them, you wouldn't have to be precise) This plus would restore a percent of damage done (think an immediate Tahm Kench E that can't be a shield, bit original, would be willing to change it if someone has a better idea) leaves a plus in the ground afterwards.

E: create (draw, wouldn't have to be precise) an ink tether between an enemy champion and either terrain or another enemy champion, slowing them. (Around 60%) This ink tether would be unbreakable, after a certain amount of time (bout a second or so) the tether can be broken, removing a slow and leaving ink on the ground where the tether broke. (This ability along with his/her's ult is what really shows a good player from a bad, use this to engage in lane, chase people down, or to make the other adc miss farm)

Ult: draw a circle a set distance away form the ink mage. (the outline of the circle is already there, wouldn't be hard) this then creates an ink dome, enemies or allies in this done cannot escape by any means. (think aoe camille ult for both teams, I know this sounds cancer let my finish) if any Ally or yourself that is outside steps into the ink dome or attacks anyone inside the zone, it bursts. Enemies cannot walk into the ink dome but they can attack your allies to destroy the ink dome. The ink dome burst after some time (maybe like 5 seconds) (this is The Ink Mage's bread and butter ability, while it can be used to troll or it can be the single reason you lose the teamfights or even game, with coordination, it is one of the most powerful ults in the game, allowing you to engage/disengage with ease, single out an enemy or enemies from a teamfight, or make it so that the enemy can retreat from the fight)

The Ink Mage would be a very difficult camp to master, with the main thing being able to keep calm in hectic teamfights. Let me know what you guys think of this idea by leaving a comment.

I like the idea of all of their aoe being like, unique effects that encourage lining up in really precise ways, to make it easier you could make this character a battle mage focused on positioning within a hectic fight, i wouldn't advise them being a support tho, since the ink passive doesn't interact well with the stats on items like redemption or ardent censer, could be a great tank support tho

Unique kit I really like it personally, do you picture this mage to be a humanoid artist with masgical powers or maybe like a amorphous blob with a conscious, a living mass of black ink like that one batman villain hasng on I'm on mobile.
