A Second Option for Primary Fill.

First, I love the new dynamic que. I think it solves a lot of previous problems we had with the old que but there was one advantage to it that the new one doesn't have: Fill preferences. In this new que if you use the primary fill you do not have any control of what position you get. I think when filling you should have a second option of selecting a role you definitely don't want to play. In the old que you could say "fill anything but adc, or top, or support etc. but that option to not play a role is left out of this new system. Essentially what I am proposing is adding a second option to the primary fill where you can select a role you do not want to play or if you want to fill for any role you just select fill again.
