An interesting idea

So i think i have a idea that can solve a serious issue so many games i find are lost in champ select i propose that we are given the chance to surrender in champ select i keep getting my champ banned cause people done like what i want to play or just trolls who decide to go ad janna top i know run on sentence sorry about that anyway my idea is simple if people are overly toxic or setting you up to fail by picking some selfish picks that have no team synergy you can call for a que abandon and if 3 or 4 non party members agreee with you then the que is tossed and you can reque with no penalty cause im tired of being forced to either dodge or suffer a 40 minute game that i cannot win. thank you for your consideration not sure where to post btw first time on forms
