New Skins for Champs with no Skins

Riot, for the pasts two years I have been waiting for a new rengar skin besides SSW. You have been creating these skins for champions who have a lot of skins but not one for the newer champs or the champs with lesser skins. I would like you to create a skin for maybe rengar or jhin. Just a skin for champs with 1 or 2 skins. Pls thank you

Rengar is on the list for the assassin update,so he'll receive some completely new skills, which in turn means that making a high quality-skin for him now won't make sense for him.

And Jhin is a pretty new champ,he surely has a skin already in the works.
