Army soldier champion

A mid range champion modelled after an infantry army soldier. Carrying a 249 saw for midrange attack special could be some type of rapid fire and or a grenade launcher (no rocket launchers there's too many champions who have that) and then for an ultimate he pulls out a 50 cal machine gun on a tripod sits in a fixed position and blasts people with a 50 cal for 5 to 10 seconds.
