tbh we need skins for those with 1 skin
I think Riot should create skins for those champs who only has one skin instead of creating skins for champs who already have a ton of skins.

I prefer to interpret the long wait for a new skin for, say, Zac, as an indication that it'll be awesome when it arrives.
Well yeah but someone like rek'sai who just came out it makes since that he wont get a new skin just yet but i do feel like someone like zac who came out a while ago does need a new skin i mean his current skin is just the exact same thing except purple.
