Search for Champion design team

Hello Summoners,

With summer just around the corner I'm looking to get a small team together that will work to put out a full Champion concept at least once a month (might change based on how long certain team members need). I'm looking for a group of talented individuals that want to take their ideas and work with a team to take their champion concepts to the next level. The people I'm searching for are those with a skill or knowledge in story line development, artistic design, ability balancing, in-game role, along with the other finer details that go into designing a champion. We would meet at least once a week in a Skype call (therefore English speakers are preferable) to brainstorm ideas and discuss how much time each individual would need.
