New Immobile Mage Item

For the upcoming changes to immobile mages, I assume there will be new items introduced to the game with very unique purposes, as there were with the marksmen update.

My idea for one of these items is have an item that grants decent AP and health, and a unique passive that every 120 seconds, or however long, the first ability you hit an enemy champion with will turn you invisible to just that enemy for only a few seconds.

For abilities that hit multiple champions, or say something like a Luden's Echo proc, none of them will be able to see you, but the duration will be greatly diminished.

I think that for mages in the back line just keeping there distance to stay safe, this will allow them to escape if say a wild Rengar appears.

since the focus is immobile mages, i'd suggest something like an inverse item 3285 or item 3087, where you lose charges as you move, and regain them by standing still. also, items that give a realistic amount of protection for immobile champions, such as a knockback effect to put distance between you and the enemy.

as for the item that turns you invisible, i'd suggest attaching it to a passive that activates when you take a lot of damage at once, similar to item 3053, so that when you get jumped on and bursted down by an assassin, you get stealth so you have a chance to get away

I feel like this would get abused by assassins more than anything.... The only case I can make for immobile mages would be siege champions who only need to hit one important spell like Xerath. It would be kind of useless on combo mages like Brand who would need to blow stealth to even use another ability. To that tune, an immobile mage wouldn't get very far stealthed so I dont think it would help too much.
