Esper - The Crimson Scientist

This champion doesn't use energy, mana, ect, it uses a void bar, which is only used for the ult (similar to Shyvana, and later further explained).

Health: 514.4 (+80 per level)

Attack Damage: 59.18 (+3.5 per level)

Melee: 125

Armor: 24.04 (+3 per level)

Magic Resist: 32.1 (+1.25 per level)

Attack Speed: .068 (+2% per level)

Health Regen: 8.59 (+.65 per level)

Movement: 350

Passive: Auto attacks fill the void bar by 4 void points, after 3 auto attack stacks, it fills the bar with an additional 20 void points and marks the enemy for blood for 4 seconds.

Q - Esper launches a skull towards the enemy champion, if hit, that enemy champion is marked for blood for 4 seconds and has a reactivation giving the chance to mark 2 enemy champions or do additional damage, if the same champion is hit twice, Esper is healed (the second hit does half the damage of the original.)

W - If marked for blood, the targeted enemy champion is violently drug towards Esper, if not the targeted enemy champion is slowed.

E - Esper wounds himself for 5% of his health to increase his attack speed for 4 seconds.

R - Dissection: Passive: All marked enemies bleed for 20 magical damage per second. Active: All enemies within a radius have their blood violently extracted from them, healing Esper and damaging the enemy. This ability may only be activated once Esper has reached 100 void points.

He's an AD Jungler or Top.

Esper was a small town boy with a passion to experiment and learn one of Piltover's finest medical experimentation schools. He became so consumed by his work, he craved it, he became more and more obsessed with dissection. He began to study his practice independently, he would buy rare animals he bought from a poacher, that he secretly wouldn't have minded dissecting. The Piltover school caught wind of his "independent study" and expelled him from studying medically inside of Piltover. Banished from the town that he once had loved, he raged through the nearby Ironspike Mountains. There he took temporary refuge in one of its deepest caves. He there started dissecting small lizards that would wonder by with sharpened rocks. Soon his overwhelming madness and rage started to consume him. He laid there covered in blood, as a small fissure came about the mountain, dropping into a deep purple light. The void filled his mind with visions of animals and people that he could only dream of dissecting. Having had enough to let him be consumed by his madness, he crawled out of the fissure, his blackened claws carrying him out of the cave. He had his target, he headed out towards Ionia.

Esper wandered the Island of Ionia, looking for a specific creature that he needed to experiment on. He had hired noxian scouts to search for her, he and the scouts searched a long time, before finally coming across the fox that he was searching for. As he reached out to grab the fox, his eyes locked onto a dying elderly man that looked at him, then staring at the fox. The nearby noxian scouts were noticed by the fox, however Esper, who was but 6 feet behind her, was not. He watched as this fox turned into a human with long white tails, he gritted his teeth as he had known this feeling before. The feeling he had become so intoxicated with while he dissected. The feeling of love, he got up and began to walk away in sorrow that he would not be able to dissect the fox that he had come for. The scout around him laughed in triumph of the amount of kills that they had acquired along the way. As Esper, walked past them, their bodies exploded in a bloody red explosion, but not even the violent dissection of their bodies were able to fill the hole left in his heart. Esper joined the League of Legends in hope that the battle would be enough to fill his lust for dissection.
