ULTRA-TURTLE! The Premiere Home Defense Pet!

Hello Runterra, This is my first character concept idea. Sort of came up with him while being bored at work. I'm always open for suggestions. So in short he's a robot turtle armed with cryo cannons

Ultra-Turtle (name pending) is A mechanical Defense turtle made by Jayce and several other notable Piltover champions/Scientist to assist in the suppression of the Localized crime in Piltover and nearby areas. (He's a machine by the way)

Passive Skill: Due to his highly sophisticated, Mechanized, Metal shell all incoming ranged attacks can ricochet off of him. Also the Higher the Attack speed of the enemy champion is the lower the amount of damage is dealt to Ultra-Turtle

His Q: Ultra-Turtle can retract into his shell and spin towards enemies rapidly spraying condensed beams of ice at them His W: Ultra-Turtle creates a localized energy shield to temporarily protect itself and nearby allies His E: Ultra-Turtle enters in a low power mode slowing him but he begins to repair himself His R: Ultra-Turtle's ulti makes it locks it's legs and enters an artillery like mode. Firing off a large chunk of ice that explodes on contact. If it lands on a target they are stunned but if caught in the area of effect they are slowed

The attached file is the general idea of how i imagine him. But with legs....and a machine. Also the rocket pods are actually like miniguns. Or they could be Rocket pods. Either works. The cannon on his back would be used for his ulti.
