The skill in ARAM is getting used to all champs and doing good in team fights with them. Hey I'm just saying, it'd be fun.

No and No. You can beat anyone on ARAM if you have the best draft and they have the worst. And ranked on ARAM? In what world would that be fun? It would only take the fun away. Awfull idea already turned down by few rioters in live ask's.
