Very similiar to Jhins passive, without the flair (I feel like there should be a crit mechanic somewhere around here, considering the passive and the crit interactions are very unreliable without it) Q Apart from being able to crit and slowing slightly it's very similiar to before. W didn't change that much (apart from additional slows and much higher CD), but considering the Headshot passive is gone, it became, much weaker. E feels kinda out of place, being a heal ability on an ADC/Sheriff. R seems to have become way stronger: The basics are the same (why change it to AA though ?), but now it can crit, bodyblocking gets discouraged, since you get stunned for doing that and getting a kill refunds CD.

Overall very high CD and the additional CC seems out of place.
