Buy all his other skins and you might. Riot has no incentive to make skins for unpopular champions when their fans aren't shelling out the cash to prove it's profitable.
It's funny to me because he is unpopular because riot fucked his kit up and made it a niche pick. In turn, the most hyped up champion is never played, meaning no skin for him. Lmao man did riot fuck this one up.
Maybe make a skin so good that it'll get people to play him :v
