Rework for Ohmwrecker???

Guys, I'm not sure, that you remember, but there is that one item called "Ohmwrecker", that can stop turrets for idk how many seconds. I know, crazy, right? Its sad, that it's THE LEAST BOUGHT ITEM IN THE FREAKING GAME! (0.01% of the games, to be accurate) Like, from my 3 years of playing League, I saw it in game ONCE, and the person, who bought it was me, because I NEVER SAW IT IN PLAY BEFORE! Today I was looking through league's items and I just saw Ohmwrecker, just hanging there, waiting for his time to shine. That got me thinking: "Do Riot know, that this item is unplayable? Are they thinking for a way to fix it...OR THEY FORGOT ABOUT IT TOO???" Soooooo....yeah, Riot, I think that Ohmwrecker deserves some love and needs a rework, as soon as possible. I know, that many items/champs need one, but, god damn it! 0.01%??? Thats just stupid! Post some ideas for a rework and let's hope a rioter or two will see my prayers and #MakeOhmwreckerGreatAgain...or #MakeOhmwreckerGreat, cuz it was never great before...
