lol teams

what do u guys in riot and players think if we have a board in ranked teams 5vs5 and 3vs3 menu like in an office so all the workers can see u know if i write to all come to play at thet time or some motivation message and not only the capitan they can write what they want what member of the team think we need to change in our team so when they think of it they write it there and not wait to see some of us to tell us but leave the option to delete it if its offensive and think about tactiks and write some stuff i dont know like only our team corner so we can shere things now we have profile history stats manage and something like board i think it would be nice we have invite all to chat but we talk about stuf and we go to game and its over and some guys maybe are not here on this board u write stuff and they stay there and u read it when u go to ranked team menu i think capitan of the team need to approve the message so it dosnt lover team spirit and moral and its not offensive before its posted on the other hand maybe its best if all can write freely what they want but if someone flame or something like thet u kick him out of team and when u have nice team u need no restrictions i think it can improve team spirit and its useful what do u guys think ?
