Champion concept: Bash, Lord of the Elements
This concept was my second to be made yet the one most completed of all four (they will be comming to the boards in a short while). Images of splash art and gear will be added asap but now lets move on to the concept itself
Idea: We have seen a lot of elemental champions in the League but there was a lack of one that could control more than just a single one. Enter Bash, who is an avatar-like udyr champion (i actually remembered that fact when the concept was finished and was not intentional) who would wield all four basic elements in his kit, even all of them at once if certain conditions are met. He would also add the story of elemental dragons to the lore of league since we dont actually know how they came to be at all (the original thread of the concept).

Passive: Regaining what's mine:
Slaying or asisting in killing an elemental dragon adds a permanent buff to Bash based on wich dragon died. He doesn't gain armor, magic resist, attack damage or attack speed per level. --Fire dragon: Increases your AD scaling on your abilities by 0.2/0.4/0.6 (number of dragons slain) and increases your total AD by 1%/2%/3%/ (number of dragons slain) for each point in your Q ability. --Water dragon: Increases healing done, healing recieved and total AP by 1%/2%/3%/ (number of dragons slain) for each point in your W ability --Earth dragon: Increases your armor and magic resist by 5/10/20 for each point in your E ability and increases the stun duration of your basic attack in earth form to 0.75/1.0/1.5 (number of dragons slain). --Air dragon: The movement speed bonus of air dragon persists through combat and Bash is able to move through units. If Bash is able to kill at least one dragon of each element, he will regain his full power. His basic attack will always be ranged (400 units) and will apply on hit effects of his abilities if able but will not be able to activate Q - Searing hatred (when entering fire form) and E - Seismic shock
Q: Searing hatred (40/50/60/65/70 mana, 10s cooldown) P: Bash enters fire form, gaining a javelin of pure fire as his weapon (500 range) and will burn targets hit for 3/4/6/9/13 (+0.01 total AD)(+0.03 AP) true damage each second for 2 seconds A: On entering the form - Hurls a fiery javelin in a target direction as a straight line skillshot, dealing 60/80/110/140/180 (+0.4 bonus AD)(+0.3 AP) physical damage and applying the passive burn. Further casts - blinks to a targeted location before throwing a javelin towards the nearest enemy (prioritising champions) dealing the same damage and applying the passive burn.
W: Current of life/ Crippling wave (55 mana to activate, toggled on/ off if in full power) P: Bash enters his water form, forming orbs of water around him as his weapon (400 range) and gains the ability to target ALLIES with his basic attacks. Each basic attack consumes 4% of his Maximum mana or 20 mana, wichever is lower. --If targeting an ally (can target himself as well), he will heal the taget for 10/20/35/60/85 (+0.1 bonus MANA)(+0.4 AP) the healing is doubled if that target is bellow 30/35/40/45/50 % HP. the heal can also critically strike for 150% of its value. --If targeting an enemy, the basic attack will deal 10/20/35/60/100 (+0.1 total AD)(+0.6 AP) bonus magic damage and slow the target for 20/25/30/35/40%
E: Seismic shock / Rho gaia (50/65/80/95/110 mana, 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds cooldown) P: Bash enters his earth form, gaining an eartheren mace as his weapon (175 range). If he lands a basic attack on an enemy, they will be stunnned for 0.5s. The stun cannot ocur more than once each 8/7/6/5 seconds (on level 1, 4, 7, 13) A: On entering form - Slams his fist to the ground that sends out a shockwave, dealing 50/60/75/90/120 (+0.7 bonus AD) as physical damage and knocking back all enemies hit. Further casts - Creates a shield of bedrock, consisting of 1/1/2/2/3 layers (+1 per 400 bonus hp, max 7) that block one source of damage from an enemy champion each. They will orbit around Bash until destroyed or for 1 second for each layer.
R: Deathbreeze (100 mana, 120/110/100 seconds cooldown) P: Bash enters air form, gaining a wind scythe as his weapon (220 range) and increasing his movement speed by 4/8/12%. His basic attacks deal increased damage to the target based on their missing health (+1% for each 1% missing) A: Marks an enemy champion before taking flight for 2.5s. After the delay, Bash reappears behind his target, dealing 150/250/400 (+0.5 bonus AD)(+1.0 AP) magic damage. If the target leaves the abilities range (1750), the move fails and is put on half the cooldown but does not refund mana.
Lore: Bash is an optymistic, self-centered and overconfident mage born in a small village on the outskirts of Demacia. In his young age he decided to spend his time learning to become a mage and set off on a pilgrimage in search of the best masters of the craft. in merely twenty years he mastered the basics of elemental magic for each of the four basic elements and soon after, his imagination grew along with his powers over the elements. His masters gave him a gift as a sign of their respect to the devotion of his studies, a black bamboo grip that has runes imbedded into it, granting the wielder greater control over his powers. Bash also has a fondness for dragons, some even call it obsession, that led him on studying the draconic language to be able to comunicate with them. But only a couple of years after he settled back in his village a group of rogue dragons flew over the village territoy and threatened to destroy it. In a desperate atempt to defend his hometown, Bash sacrificed a massive amount of his knowlage and power and bestowed them to the dragons in exchange for leaving. Now, fueled with hatred toward the dragonkind he seeks them without stop on a single mission: to eliminate all of the dragons who stole what was his.
What would Bash bring to the game? Bash is a champion whose gameplay and build path is heavily dependant on wich dragons spawn, making him an ideal champion for players new to the game because they will be able to realise just how much objective control means and how to adjust a champions build based on the situation. He would also be able to fill any role in the game, since his abilities are scaling of almost everything you are able to buy in the shop. His weakest position would probably be either top lane or support. Top because he is the farthest from the dragon and would need to roam or teleport to get there and support because his heals would be weak until mid-game. Bash posseses a lot of disingage tools and would probably be quite hard to gank, since both fire and earth give him some kind of form of escape or gap makers.
Launch skins could be Bashed Cookie (a theme similiar to lollypoppy or candy crush ivern :D) or dragonslayer (duh) As far as quotes go, i havent thought much about it but the comments can sugest that as well
