New Game Type Suggestion
League of Legends has always been a team based game. The other day, my brother and I, both doing some lawn care started discussing the game and pondering new game types. We went from Tag to hide and go seek and so on until an idea was fleshed out.
Tug of war
On the Howling Abyss, all turrets are disabled. The goal is to pull a ball toward your inhibitor on the map. You have to hit the floating orb with your skills and your auto attacks in order to pull it toward your goal. It moves so far based on a percentage of how much you hit it. (AP of AD percentage, pulling it 1 in range for every the or 4 AD/AP you hit it.) You can use different strategies and build all attack and just muscle the ball away or cc the team in place and kite them while sneaking out the ball to and all blind or silence strategy. The towers could have a different purpose. Buffs or nerfs or something that helps the over all of the game.
