New Champion?

Hello friends. I have come up with a grand idea of a new champion for League of Legends. Let me know what you think!

His name is Illumus. He is a top/mid/jungler champion

His passive is a DoT on all auto attacks.

His Q is a skill shot that is a small moon that he conjures and throws towards enemies. His W is a root that comes from the ground and is due to his communion with nature. His E is a short channel that follows the target. If the target is in range of the abiilty its does ticking daage to the champion. His R is a Channeled, conjured moon that comes from the heavens and lands on its target. Doing AOE damage and putting a small DoT on all enemies hit.

Illumus and Diana are allies in the moon.
