Reaper Soraka

Hey Guys,

So I just purchased $100 worth of RP so I could get the super-awesome Reaper Soraka skin of badassness before it went into the legacy vault on November 21. It was still up about an hour before I bought the RP.

Here is what Riot had to say about it: "Harvest the power of fallen souls with Reaper Soraka (1350 RP) before she goes into the Legacy Vault on November 21."

It is currently 10:52 PM (UTC -05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). So what is up with that?
