Just had it as a shower thought so it'll be brief and lack of really any detail but what if there was a champ that his / her ult changes based on what skills you max 1st/2nd/3rd. Like there ult is complete different in each of those scenarios but I think it would be an interesting concept and bring a lot of utility to one champion.
That may sound interesting, but keep in mind league is a game of meta and all that will happen is people will find the best ultimate and just level up skills to get that one each time

But what if you try to abilitize (Choosing abilities depending on your matchup) against a certain lane opponent and then receive an ultimate that is barely usable?

People would just complain that they cant get the best ult while maxing the best skill first and if they can it negates the design.
Its kinda like a karma ult then? But only one ability gets it?
