Yes, the matrix looking battlecast is fine but seriously two skins hurts. New champion as well, i get it, but i think it's time for some new skins. Alienish skin, Deep sea skin, Lazer spider skin, or even an infernal demon skin. Please something.
Bubble bath Vel'Koz. He could be reskinned as a cute octopus (only three tentacles -tripus), and all of his attacks be water and bubble based. Just a thought.
