Raizor The master of the demon chains. Ray was one a young man who bore a hard life with himself. Bullied as a small little child, beaten and abandoned by his parents. All the hate and frustration made him want to take revenge on the company. He summoned a demon to gain the necessary strength. He called the god of revenge "Zora" and hoped to be able to take his power but the ritual that Ray did not make sure that the conjurer takes over the power of the conjured, but the summoned the body of the summoner takes over to reach the goal. In exchange for the life of the summoner.

Now, as Raizor, Zora fulfills his part of the agreement and kills everything and everyone with his deadly weapons ... The chains of the demons.

Role: Assassin Lanes: Jungle / Top attack range: 550

Difficulty: 2/3 Strength: 2/3 Toughness: 1/3 Cc: 2/3

Passive: Demonic rage If Raizor's hp drops below 33% of its live, raizor gains a boost of 25% in AD. His attack speed increases by 25-50% (based on level) But his armor as well as his magic resistens fall by 15% Cooldown 120 seconds

Q: Chain splitter ( 8 seconds cooldown) Raizor throws 5 sharp little broken pieces that get stuck in the first opponent, dealing 20/35/40/55/70 damage and adding bleed for 4 seconds causing 5/10/15/20/25 damage per second. Acceleration of 5 / 7.5 // 10 / 12.5%. Causes 200% damage to minions but does not cause any bleeding there

W: Bane of the chain (20 seconds cd) The next target attacked by raizor suffers 1 / 2.5 / 4.5 / 6 / 7.5% of the target's maximum life. The target is stunned for 0.75 / 0.80 / 0.85 / 0.90, / 0.95 / 1.00 seconds and suffers 5/6/7/8/9/10% more damage over that period ( does not count for the damage caused by the chain's curse).

E: Suppressed anger / Free anger Passive: Close to allies, the ad value drops by 1.5 / 3 / 4.5 / 6 / 7.5% per ally in a range of 750 units.

Passive: for every enemy nearby, the ad value increases by 1.5 / 3 / 4.5 / 6 / 7.5% From 5 opponents the bonus increases to a total of 9.5 / 19 / 28.5 / 38 / 47.5%

R: Accompaniment to death (160 seconds cooldown) Raizor shoots a salvo of 4 chains at 45 degrees, inflicting 150/250/350 damage on each hit. For each target hit, the ability of demonic rage is triggered (up to 4 times cumulatively). Each target hit is also affected by the effect of Bane of the chain's ability.

Nerfs and buffs : Passive: attack speed 25-50% Now 15% at any level.

Passive: Demonic rage gains a boost for 7 seconds. Demonic rage also gives a speed buff of 30% for 3 seconds 120seconds cooldown Decreased to 90 seconds.

Chain splitter now scales with 60% of his current AD. Bleeding scales with 10% of his current AD

Accompainment to death now scales with 90% of his current AD.

New proposed role: Marksman /Bruiser

that passive gonna get Nerfed after first play. i like the upped attack speed but 25%-50% nah fam im good. 15% max

AS for his ult yeah no, if he landed all 4 his attack speed would increase by 200%

other that the OP passive effect he seems decent.

Lore-wise, you should try and find an actual place for him. And as far as flavor goes, Zora would be pretty closely related with a Darkin, yes?

I think Dr Dead may be somewhat correct with your passive: 25% AD at the loss of 15% armor/MR is fair...but the attack speed buff is a little much in its current state. I'd go with a constant of 20%, and the only reason I'm calling it at 20% instead of 15% is because of the loss of defensive stats. The reason I'm good with making it a constant is because in laning phase, you really don't have that much actual attack speed, so it wont be too much of a boost, while late game, this would be very menacing if you built into it.

This would also fix the scariness of your ultimate a little bit, even if we remove the attack speed cap on its use, because an 80% AS buff is definitely worthy of an ultimate slot, and the lower levels of it, again, won't be too bad in a teamfight because you wont have much AS in your build yet...late game, it's arguably balanced, as people will just focus you and kill you the moment you try to use it. This would be at its scariest in mid game.

Passive would be completely fine if it had a timer? Is it meant to be permanent? It has a cd, but no time on how long the boost lasts. 50% atk spd is half of MF W boost(or think Kog/Azir passive atk spd), so the speed part is fine. 25% AD is debatable but the defense trade off makes it fine as well. Just... How long does it last? 3-4 seconds would be good in my opinion with its long cd reduced to 90 or something.

R should only trigger passive once, not four times. As stated many times 200% atk speed is pretty stupid strong.

And some AD/AP ratios on damage would be nice. Right now outside of his % increase on AD there is almost literally no reason to build anything except tank. His ability to gain damage around large groups of enemies just expands on that, as well as his stun damage increase.

And E should probably have an active on it, something to help him engage or something. Mobility/utility on E would be cool.

Imagine chaining champions to the wall like a dog or something. 2 cast ability where you chain them and then launch the chain at a wall, giving them a 700 unit tether they can't break for 3 seconds. Or something like that. Maybe also castable on just walls to block off entrances. Could be fun. Also fits with "suppressed"

Just my thoughts.
