Rammus skin in need

A lot of champions these days have very cool, more expensive skins. Rammus' most pensive skin, however, is 975 RP. I think that a 1350 rammus skin would be cool for people like me, who main rammus on my main account. I think that with the addition of a rammus skin, more people like me could be happy. Thoughts?
