Q: -Skill Shot- Name- The longer the better Vale thanks to her telekinesis powers takes 2 big rocks from the grownd and throws them at the enemy. As this spell is maxed its rain gets bigger. Range:700/740/770/800/830 as you max the spell Cooldown:10/7.5/6/5/3.5 Damage:65/90/120/160/200 +70%AP

W: Name-Teleport. Vale can teleport and take the closest ally with her too. Ally range:400 Teleport Range:1100 Cooldown:30/25/21/18/13

E: -lock on- Name- Stop! Vale creates a dark hand that holds the enemy and deals him damage overtime for 4 seconds Range:600 Cooldown:15/13/11/9/7 Damage:60/80/110/165/190 maximum damage.

R: -AoE Name-Enough! Vale instantly stops the time and freezes everything on the map. Vale can deal damage to the enemies or teleport an ally. -NOTE- After the time unfreezes everything will keep going for example: if karthus is chanaling for ulti his channel WONT stop chaneling and if ignite or some other spell with overtime damage is on someone it will still deal damage. if there is ovetime heal on someone he will still be healed. Cooldown:110/100/90 Frozen time: 1/2/3
