[Champion Concept] Genose, The Frozen Outcast

This is a champion concept my brother and I have spent a solid amount of time on, I really hope you guys like it.

Taunt: Come at me, I don't have all day.

Joke: Oh my God, I wanna go snowboarding! Don't you guys like the snow? No? Losers. (She creates a snowboard of ice and slides around as she says this, then kicks board up and holds it as she says "No? Losers.").

Lore: Genose was born in a small village located in Freljord. As she matured, Genose dreamed of being a great warrior like Queen Ashe. However, Genose lacked patience. When she began training in martial combat, the pace only seemed to get slower for young Genose. She became more and more frustrated with the lack of speed at which her training was proceeding, and she began lashing out at other students and even village people. Finally, Genose assaulted another student, and immediately became an outcast. She was sentenced to exile and was cast into the open Freljord. The people of her village gave her nothing but a small knife. Genose wandered for days before collapsing in a cave. As she slipped towards the door of death, something snapped in her frozen heart. Genose awoke and rose, but now with bitter intentions. She pulled two icicles from the mouth of the cave and used her knife to carve two deadly daggers from the ice. Genose was relentless on her mission for survival. She was even forced to teach herself to fight when a group of barbarians under the command of the Barbarian King Tryndamere attacked her. Using pure adrenaline and her primal instincts, she slaughtered them all. Eventually, she made her way to the League of Legends, where vengeance against the leaders of Freljord was hers to claim.

Abilities: Genose uses Energy as a resource. We felt this necessary due to the fact that it fits her assassin playstyle.

           Passive - Icy Touch - Every fourth strike, Genose slows her target by 50% for 2 seconds. Can only apply once every 6 seconds. Also regains 20 Energy upon every fourth strike.

            Q - Frozen Pike - 75 Energy - After a short delay, a pike made of ice rises from the ground in a selected area, stunning the target and dealing a small amount   of initial damage, then leaving the target chilled, dealing more damage over 4 seconds. Applies a stack of Icy Touch. CD: 11 seconds.

            W - Ice n' Dice - 50 Energy - Instantly activates a buff on Genose, causing her daggers to glow white, increasing her Attack Damage by 15% and Attack Speed by 40%. Basic attacks while this ability is active refunds 5 Energy. Lasts 8 seconds. CD: 15 seconds. (CD initiates when ability is activated).

             E - Cold Rush - 75 Energy -  Genose instantly teleports a short range to a chosen area dealing a moderate amount of damage, leaving behind a snowflake for 5 seconds. This ability can be reactivated, teleporting back to your snowflake and entering stealth for 2 seconds. While stealthed, Genose's movement speed is increased by 20%. Snowflake can only apply every 10 seconds. CD: 4 seconds. (Once snowflake is gone or is teleported back to, ability CD initiates). If snowflake is not available, ability goes on CD once it is used.

             R - Winter's Remorse - No Cost - Genose channels for 2 seconds, bursting out in a giant, icy aura. Her next basic attack initiates a series of three precision strikes. First Strike- Genose leaps onto her targets back, suppressing them, then jamming her right dagger into their neck. Second Strike- Genose shoves her left dagger into the targets neck. Third Strike- Genose removes her daggers, then quickly crosses them in front of her, slicing her opponents neck with both blades. CD: 120 seconds.

Appearance: Genose has pale skin and saphire colored eyes and hair. She has a scarf that hangs behind her back, It rises in the front to cover her mouth and nose like a mask. She wears a thick winter trench coat that is open in the front and is pinned down by her weapons belt. She wears a skin-tight shirt and leather pants as well as leather boots and gloves that are tight to her body. Genose's entire outfit is as white as fresh snow. She carries two daggers made of ice, but she carries them backwards, so the blades point behind her. The "hilts" are wrapped in white bandages to cover the ice beneath. If you look closer, Genose's icy exhales can be seen through her mask every 2 seconds.

Special Interactions (Freljords only): Upon killing Ashe: "Haha, to think, I actually looked up to you." Upon killing Trundle: "Go on Trundle, crawl back to your hole." Upon killing Lissandra: "Well Lissandra, my eyes are closed...I'm waiting. Oh wait (giggles), you're dead. Upon killing Olaf: "Hey Olaf, was that death glorious enough for you?" Upon killing Sejuani: "It's to bad, we could've been friends." Upon killing Braum: "You have a good heart, Braum, but bad intentions." Upon killing Tryndamere: "Good riddance." Upon killing Volibear: "i wish it didn't have to be this way."
