Concept for a Warwick rework

Idea for a new Warwick Kit

First I'm french so I'm sorry for my poor english but I will try to be explain as clearly as possible. I heard that the rioters in charge of a rework on Warwick tried many new kit on him but didn't find anything great for him that would fit in the game. Today I'm here to try and give an Idea of a kit that I think would be good to see on warwick. My goal is to make him still have a good 1v1 and chasing potential but with a different and less boring kit.

Passive : Lupus Plague: every 2 spell on the same target Warwick slows his target for 20% (attack speed and movement speed) during 3 seconds and he also deals 60/100/140/180/220 (level1/4/7/10/14) magic damages over the same amount of time on the target poisoned by Lupus Plague. This ability has a 10 seconds on the same target (6 second for neutral monsters) Also Warwick can stack his abilities slows on his target which are poisoned by Lupus Plague , if his target has a 100% movement speed debuff it will be stunned for 2 seconds instead.

Concept of Lupus Plague: First this ability is really good against ADC and other champions like shen, master yi and almost every champion that depend on attack speed. It's also a great way to chase down his ennemies because thanks to that you can stack your slows. The attack speed Debuff also works on neutral monster preventing him to sustain too much damage also giving him a pretty decent jungle cleaning.

Q: Restless Bite (Cooldown : 6/5.5/5/4.5/4) Mana cost: (50/55/60/65/70): Warwick bite his target dealing 90/110/130/150/170 (+5% of your health as damages) (+80% bonus AD) over 4 seconds and slowing his movement speed by 20%, also the target is bleeding leaving a trail of blood, when Warwick run on it he gain vision over his target and he is healed by 20% of the total damages dealt, every second (in the trail). ( the blood trail is 100 large). Against neutral monsters Resteless Bite leave a pool of blood healing for 10 % of the total damage dealt, every second (in the pool) (the pool is 200 wide)

W: Maul ( Cooldown :7/6.5/6/5.5/5) Mana cost: (50 at all ranks) Slow his target movement speed by 8/11/14/17/20% for 8 seconds, during the same amount of time the target will take more damage from all sources increasing over time every 2 seconds starting from + 8% damage taken at 0 seconds to 24% at 6 seconds.

E: Dreadful instincts (Cooldown : 15/13/11/9/7) Mana cost: ( 90 at all ranks): Warwick calls upon his werewolf instincts buffing him for 5 seconds reducing his abilities cooldown whenever cast an ability ( cooldown reduction scaling : 2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1 second) also at the same time he gain a 30% healing from all sources buff.

R: Scathing hunt (Cooldown : 40/33/26) Mana cost: (80 at all ranks): Warwick prepare himself to dash in front of him (0.5 second to charge) the first ennemy champion hit is slowed by 60% for 3 seconds by having his legs slashed. Also the target of his dash will receive double damage and slow from Lupus Plague.

All that Warwick needs is the ratio on passive and Q from bonus health.
