Velkoz is such an under rated champion. he only has two skins available to buy :<

Look at azir, dude. but yah velkoz needs a skin but i think his arclight looks awesome it would be cool for a full metal velkoz?
If he got one I would be leaning more toward a Gentleman Vel'koz. It's one I've wanted to see for him since his release.
