PROJECT quinn skin

i realy think this skin is - thinking out of the box. riot is creating skins that just looks simular to the default skins for this champion. This skin is just much more different and and i would realy hope to see this in game some day. i havent created this skin my self, but i saw it on the internet and wanted to know about your thoughts of this skin.
