Mortgagekaiser the denier of bank loans!

I had a skin idea for Mordekaiser that came from a play from his original name. Basically Mord is a banker and his favorite thing is to cause suffering by denying loans. he would be wearing a nice suite similar to to what corporate mundo tries to pull off but with a Mord flair. As for his mace it would instead be a large rubber stamp on the end that said denied. I need help from more artistic oriented summoners to flesh out this skin more.

his ability animations would function as follows

Q: would activate the stamp and have the denied words stick to the opponent and magically splash the words to other units if the unit is not alone.

W: would create a protective cloud of paperwork to surround an ally unit or himself.

E: We were struggling with how this worked and Orbv really solved our conundrum thank you! here is the edited idea "This would need a visual rework, but it would instead create a vacuum suction animation. And money would be flowing towards Mord. It would be 'Loan Payments'"

R: this ability is also hard to describe to create a strong visual representation supporting the skin, however what I do have is an icon of money spilling out of them.... I am not quite sure about this one assistance would be appreciated.
