Omega Squad teemo Skin Cant Buy
After the patch was done i went to buy the skin but its unavailable is this on purpose or is it going to be available later today or when URF is over ???

Not all skins are unlocked as soon as the new patch goes out. Skins are generally released throughout the patch, which means they'll show up in the champion display page, or in champion select, but won't be available to purchase.
