Jager: The Hunted Hunter

Passive: Hunters Power When out of vison of targeted enemy, minion, or large monster Jager does 15/20/25% more damage (1/9/16). This applys a mark when he is out of vision of them.

Jager Starts with 10 arrows (mana replacement) and regens 0.5 arrows per second.

Q: Swap 0 arrows 1 second cooldown Range: Self Jager can switch in between 2 types of arrows regular arrows: just like a regular auto attacks burning arrows: (3 arrows per auto attack) hitting the enemy burns them doing 3\5\7\9\11% of max health (+2% Physical Damage) over 4 seconds. The burning arrows can stack up to 3 time.

W: Tie Down 2 arrows 8 second cooldown Range:750 Jager shoots out arrows with a net on them dealing 30/40/50/60/70 physical damage (+75% physical damage). They also will get snared for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 seconds E: Smoke Bomb 0 arrows 25/23/21/19/17 second cooldown Range: 550 Jager throws a smoke bomb charge. When He walks onto it explodes cloaking him from enemys. This cloak is broken after 3.5 seconds or until Jager attacks. If an enemy steps on it, they lose vision around them until they leave the area of smoke or after 3 seconds, they also take 25/30/35/40/45 magic damage (+90% of ability power).

R: Triple Strike 10 arrows 100/75/60 second cooldown Range: 1300/1850/2300 Active: Jager will fire in total 3 skill shots. They can be all aimed at one target or divided among two or three targets each arrow will do 150% of current physical damage Passive: Every ult upgrade increases his arrow count by five.

Lore Jager was the local huntsman of his small and needy town. In his free time he would go on hunting trips. As he arrived back to his home in Noxus he was greeted by a furious group who seemed to have an intent to kill. He was informed that while he was away on his trip, every single animal in the town's animal breeding factory have been slain by bow. Due to the fact that Jager lived alone and never told anyone of his whereabouts as he hunted, all facts pointed to him being the only huntsman trained to kill yet go unnoticed. The town's men charged toward Jager, forcing him to only be able to run to the nearby forest and use his skill set to evade the mob. After picking off six of the what seemed hundreds Jager knew his only chance of life was to escape the forest and never return. As word passed from town to town, The world slowly turned on Jager. Being the only place to accept him, Jager's safest option was to join the League of Legends.
