Victorious Skins Idea

I know a lot of the community has voiced various opinions over victorious skins. I agree that they should be something you earn rather than something that is sold. That being said, I know a lot of people would love to get their hands on a previous victorious skin they missed for whatever reason. To really showcase victorious skins as a whole and encourage more people to play harder towards earning them, it might be a good idea to let a player choose which skin they receive upon reaching gold or above in a season. Players could select a skin for a champ in a role that they main versus just receiving a random skin for a champ they would never play.
