[Champion Concept] Morbus, the Scourge

=Overview=

Morbus is a slightly tanky AP bruiser who excels at taking on crowds of enemies with his passive. He can disrupt enemy teams with his "False Vaccine." Finally, his "Crash and Bleed" can deal massive damage to enemies afflicted by Airborne Virus and is usually comboed with "Exterminate."

=Abilities=

Passive: Airborne Virus

Enemies that stay within 375 units of Morbus for 5 seconds, they receive a stack of Airborne Virus for 5.5 seconds. Enemies can also gain a stack by staying withing 375 units of an afflicted enemy for 5 seconds. At 4 stacks, the stacks are consumed and the enemy takes 15/20/25/35/45 +10% AP magic damage.

Q: Exterminate....Range: 400....Cost: 50/60/70/80/90....Cooldown: 13/12.5/12/11.5/11 seconds

Morbus releases a sudden virus into the air, dealing 50/75/90/115/140 +50% AP magic damage and applying 2 stacks of Airborne Virus to all nearby enemies.

W: Overdose....Cost: 50....Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds

Morbus injects himself with more virus. For the next 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds, auto attacks apply a stack of airborne virus in a cone in front of him. Additionally, Morbus gains 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 health regen.

E: False Vaccine....Range: 450....Cost:60/75/85/95/105....Cooldown: 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds

Morbus tauntingly waves a False Vaccine at one enemy, making them walk towards Morbus for 1.75 seconds. Additionally, the next auto attack against the target deals an additional 35/45/60/75/95 +30% AP magic damage and applies 2 stacks of Airborne Virus. If the target collides with Morbus while they are walking towards Morbus, they are dealt the additional damage and stacks automatically. If they take damage from Airborne Virus (reaching 4 stacks) due to this ability, than they are also slowed by 20% and take 10/15/20/25/30 +10% AP magic damage each second for 4 seconds.

Morbus releases a large quantity of virus cells into the air, applying 3 stacks of Airborne Virus and slows by 20/25/30% for 3 seconds to all nearby enemies. If enemies take damage from Airborne Virus (reaching 4 stacks) due to this ability, than they also take 225/350/475 +80% magic damage.

Height: 6' 3" Physical Build: Regular build for an adult. One arm is significantly larger than the other (you ain't so special now tryndamere). Hair style and color: Short, messy dark brown hair. Streaked with gray. Eye Color: Black Eyes but with green pupils that seem to pulsate Weapons: None Attire: Ripped lab coat streaked with dirt and fluids. Has a messy biological hazard symbol on his chest (what I mean by messy is as if someone just painted it on and they weren't a painter). Other: None
