An Idea for a Champion: Dual Swords, Speed, Killer

Ahri Akali Nocturne Fiora I was thinking of an idea for a new champion, this maybe a bad idea or good, I don't know.

LOOKS:

  • Female
  • Bandage over one eye (right)
  • 2 different eye color (left: blue and right: red)
  • Long sleeve shirt (any colour)
  • Wear school uniform
  • Swords will be like an X on back

PERSONALITY:

  • Looks innocent
  • Looks caring but actually heartless
  • Also known as Wind Child
  • Young school girl trained at a young age to fight???
  • Doesn't talk much
  • Quiet
  • Once bandage taken on, she will turn into like this killing mode (idea for the ult)

WEAPON/POWER:

  • 2 swords (maybe call them blaze?)
  • Whip (the blade part of the words comes off, attached to the handle with chains)
  • Speed

SOME IDEAS FOR ABILITIES: (ANY OF THESE IDEAS DON'T HAVE TO BE USED, IT'S JUST SOME SUGGESTIONS)

  • Q Ideas:
  • Speed boost
  • Jump
  • Dash
  • Stacks up for one strong hit/slash (using sword) for example every hit is a charge, maximum charges is 5, one all 5 charges are up press Q and then basic attack will be double damage for only 2 hits

W IDEAS:

  • Double Slash (using the sword)
  • The blade of the sword will swing out like a whip and then just whips the target

E IDEAS:

  • Whips the target and drags the champion to the target of pulls the target to the champion (kinda like Thresh Q) dealing damage because of the blade

R IDEAS:

  • Some kind of animation pulling the bandage raped around her eye off making the screen go red (like a little dim, kinda like the Nocturn ult) having 3 or a timing type of ult, dashing with speed into 3 areas user chooses, dealing a deal of damage (kinda like Ahri ult)
  • Ahri ult mixed with Fiora ult, so there would be 3 dashes randomly dealing damage, the champion will not be like Fiora, she will be able to take damage from enemy

PASSIVE IDEAS:

  • Speed boost each 5 basic attacks
  • Each basic attack is like a speed boost

I'm not sure if these are good ideas for a champion but I'm just suggesting something, you can just take some ideas for a champion or something, I only thought of this because there isn't a champion who uses 2 swords, Akali doesnt really use swords, I only though of female because it would be unique for a female (young girl) to use 2 swords. This champion if made might be a bit broken. Sorry if I had wasted anyone's time, I was just bored and had thought maybe it would be a good idea. I hope this may help or did something. Thank you :)
