Next Ultimate skin

In my opinion I think that the third ultimate skin will most likely be for . Here is why I think this: 1.) The hints riot gave to us about who the third ultimate skin will go to 2.) Riot will create ultimate skins for all five roles in the game ADC , Jungle , Top ?, Support ?, and Mid (maybe).
