Yeah it is pretty stupid but the attack moves, transformation weapon is pretty awesome. Cause I mean who wouldn't want glowing colored axes taken off Draven XD but cooler.

Weapon: The name of the weapon will be the Jackle. The Jackle is a walking stick in most sense, only that it can turn into a much more devastating weapon. The weapon can be held, but also held magnetically; a good reason for later uses. The walking stick is pure metal, which makes it magnetically retrievable. The weapon may also be placed on Swiff’s armor.

Features of the Jackle: The Jackle is a transformable weapon. When a button on Swiff’s Magnetic greaves is pressed, this will cause blades on each of the ends of the walking stick to protrude out; the blades are axe blades. This will increase Swiff’s attack damage and cause some of his abilities to change slightly. If the button is pressed twice the walking stick will split and half, the blades will protrude out a little farther and you will have dual wield axes. The axes will have new abilities when used. If the button is held down for long enough, the two axes ends will come together, the blades will go back into the stick and it will revert back to the walking stick.

Magnetic greaves: Swiff wears these greaves which allow him to pull his weapon (and only his weapon) the Jackle towards him. The left greaves also have a button which allows his Jackle to transform depending on how he hits it. The greaves a glowing light blue.

Characteristics of the Jackle: If the Jackle was thrown in any way, shape or form, Swiff will be able to retrieve it with a magnetic pull of his greaves. The blades are sharp and the metal will glow purple (same metal as the armor see armor for more details on the metal). The weapon is highly versatile and can damage foes in multiple ways.

Armor: The armor is light and makes him quick on his hooves, but his health and armor is low because of it. The armor is metallic which allows him to stick his Jackle on either side, or both if it is in axe form. His armor cannot be controlled by magnetics; it is resistant and cannot rust. The armor’s color is tinted an electric violet, and in the dark it will glow and it will also glow when you are hunting an enemy champion.

Moves:

• Swiff Sweep and Switch: (passive) Swiff is able to transform the Jackle into multiple weapons. One press for the bladed stick version, two presses for dual wielded axes, holding down the button and the Jackle will return into the walking stick. The time it takes to transform weapons depends on which one. 1 is fastest, with two being the slowest, and the return being quite quick but not as quick as the first. Also with each weapon comes a new mini passive. -With the walking stick: Movement speed increased by 5% -With the bladed stick: attack speed increased by 8% -with the axes: (Color wheel talked more in blessed blades) Different colors to represent and give abilities and power.

Walking Stick: • Ground pound: (Q) Swiff slams his walking stick against the ground causing a small shockwave which damages enemies in a small surrounding. The metallic noise of the hit will stun champions for a short time.{The more upgraded this ability is, the stun will lightly increase and so will the area of effect, the damage output will be increased the most though} • Pole vault: (W) Swiff will use his stick and vault into the air. He will then come down with his stick, and you have two options, follow up with an attacking swipe, or vault again, but if vaulted again you will not be able to attack. {Upgrading this ability will cause the swipe to do more damage and the vault cooldown to be quicker. At full upgrade when you pole vault and land for your second time, you gain a temporary speed boost for 2.5 seconds.} • Whirlwind: (E) Swiff takes his walking stick and whirls it around him twice, causing medium-large amount of damage. Champions will be knocked away slightly. {The more upgraded the more damage and knockback this does.} • Grand Slam: (R) (Ultimate) Swiff charges up for a second, empowering his stick and hits a champion with tremendous force. The attack does huge amount of true damage and a large amount of knockback. If the enemy was killed his abilities will be instantly cool downed (except grand slam). If it did not kill the enemy champion, Swiff will relax and gain 25% of his health back along with a huge speed boost for 10 seconds. {higher levels of the ultimate will increase damage, decrease cool down and increase the amount of health gained}

Bladed Stick: • Spear throw: (Q) Swiff will throw his Jackle and cause bleed damage. Spear throw will pass through minions, but stop if hit a champion. {Damage increases and cool down decreases as you level up. At third level, you gain the ability on your third spear throw, will be a critical and the bleed will life steal instead. • Jab Jab Jabba: (W) On activate Swiff’s attack speed increases greatly along with a small boost in movement speed. Each successful hit on a champion without taking damage will increase Swiff’s damage as long as this ability is still active.{Upgrading will increase the attack speed, movement speed and the length of time Jab Jab Jabba has to keep active} • Whirlwind: (E) Swiff takes his bladed stick and whirls it around him twice, causing medium-large amount of damage. Targets being hit in the blades path will take more damage, and less as you come closer to Swiff. Champions will also be knocked away slightly. {The more upgraded the more damage and knockback this does.} • Bladed strike down: (R) (ultimate) Swiff will jump into the air with brute force and slam down his bladed stick. The attack does massive true damage and if he kills an enemy champion he gains a huge bloodlust which will vamp health from targets he hits for 10 seconds. {Upgrading decreases the time it takes to use this, increases the damage and the power of the life steal}

Dual wield Axes: • Sliced or Diced: (Q) Hitting Q once, Swiff will throw his axe vertically and deal damage and also cause bleeding. The axe will also ricochet and if caught, it can be thrown again for a slight increase of damage (Stacks 3-6 times depending on upgrade) and readies another one of his axes. Hitting Q twice will cause Swiff to throw the axe horizontally. This will deal less damage but the axe will automatically return unless hit by one or more champions, then the blade will ricochet and must be caught. Horizontal blade paths are random and are harder to catch. If a horizontal thrown axe is caught, Swiff will instantly throw another horizontal axe followed by another immediately. The range of the champion that he hit with a horizontal spinning axe that he will catch will not matter; He will still throw them towards the champion (good and bad. Swiff can do quick hits on a champion, and can sniper them since the blades do not lose inertia unless touching the ground Bad because he can lose his blades and then they must be retrieved which takes time). {Upgrading causes his ability cooldown to drop and his damage to increase. At full upgrade his colors of the blade will allow for different small effects. Stun, bleed, speed down, etc.} • Blessed Blades: (W) Swiff takes a short time to bless his blades, causing them to glow a different color. This ability has 0 cooldown time and can be used whenever to change color. Some abilities will have changes with the different colored blade. At red, his attack damage is increased, at orange his movement speed is increased, at yellow his enemy effect durations are decreased, at green his health is regenerated slowly, at blue his magic resistance increases, at purple his gold income increases (default is purple). {Upgrading this will have Swiff take less time in blessing his blades and the power of each color will grow. At full upgrade Swiff will be able to bless his blades into a spectra of all colors, allowing a new effect for his ultimate only} • Hack n’ Slash: (E) Swiff will stop throwing his blades and jump at an enemy and hack at them. Once hacked he will take his axes and slash the target dealing bonus damage if the slash hit the enemy immediately followed after the hack. • Swiffer Sweeper: (R) (Ultimate) Swiff throws his axes with tremendous power, allowing them to never stop unless called upon back (by hitting the R button again) or goes out of the map. The blades do massive amount of damage. The blades will do slowly less damage for each enemy hit, but will reset when reversing. If thrown while his blades are in “Spectra mode” this will allow Swiff to throw it twice, each time making a trail of spectra which will heal allies and gives them a movement speed boost when they are hitting the spectra line (when the blade comes back, the spectra line will disappear as it comes back. {Upgrading this increases the damage, reduces the cooldown time and gives more of a health boost for the spectra}

I think you've been watching too much RWBY, lol.

And I might have just been speed-reading, but I failed to notice any indication as to how in the heck you change between your four kits to begin with. Jayce and Evelynn toggle between the two as their ultimates, but this one clearly has a different ultimate for each form.

As a solution for not having a key for weapon swapping, maybe give him something like viktor's hex core with scaling stats that can be upgraded and an active to switch weapons.
