(Champion Idea) Ithilus, The Moon's Advocate

Welcome to my first ever Champion idea! I came up with the base idea after playing Diana a lot, and wanting another Lunari Champion. He is designed to be an AD melee fighter or maybe an assassin (kinda like Diana actually...) for use in top lane, but could go mid or jungle even. His name came from the word Ithil, meaning moon in Tolkien Elvish. After thinking for a good half hour I decided on giving him a Glaive - like Hecarim - but I'm not sure if I like it. He will bear armor that is a bit beefier than that of Diana's, but of a similar style (both being Lunari armor).

He is not evil, but he does distrust the Sun and doesn't take comfort in the daytime. He only wishes to defend the Moon's power and make others aware that the Sun is not the only celestial power. He is friends with Diana, although he is not very approving of her aggressive tactics. He merely shows the full power of the Moon so that none can deny it, rather than force others to accept it's strength.

STATS: (I'm bad with numbers so everything in this post should be taken loosely, sorry.) HEALTH: He will be fairly tanky, but mostly offensive, so think Diana, or Galio, rather than Talon or Master Yi. MANA: He shouldn't have too many problems with mana, but maybe only have enough for a spell chain and a handful of spells. Normal move speed and slightly higher than average resistances.

ABILITIES:

Passive: Reflections. Every 10 seconds, block, then reflect 30% of the next damage taken to the attacker (Champions and Large Monsters only).

Q: Lunar Beam. Summons a shaft of moonlight that damages [75/90/120/200/250] (0.6 bonus AD) and slows enemies hit [15/15/18/20/25%], but stuns enemies in the center [0.5/0.8/1/1.3/1.5s]. Cooldown, 8/7/6/5/4s.

W: Cleaving Strike. Moderately damage [60/75/90/120/200] (1.0 AD) all enemies in a crescent in front of Ithilus. Cooldown, ~5s.

E: Nights Advance. Cloak and gain significant move speed [30/35/40/45/50%] for 1.5 seconds. Cooldown, ~10/9/8/7/6s.

R: Solar Eclipse. Creates an eclipse around Ithilus for 5 seconds that slows [10/15/20%], reduces attack speed [10/15/20%], and limits vision of enemies caught inside. Cooldown, 100/85/75s.

SKILL RUNDOWN: His passive will block 30% of the next hit taken (regardless of type (spell/auto attack/ect.)) and then deal that much to the attacker. Once this happens, it will go on a 10 second cooldown. Without being able to control when this is used (rather than like a Fiora parry), it allows some level of counterplay, like using an auto attack before a Viegar ulti. However it still remains powerful if an enemy does not notice or times something wrong.

Lunar Beam (Q) acts exactly like a Soraka Starfall, but it stuns people in the center, and slows everyone else. Maybe a little bit less range though. It isn't intended to be really painful, but it's nothing to laugh at either.

Cleaving Strike (W) is a sweeping auto attack that does bonus damage to everything in front of Ithilus. Think a Nidalee swipe but slightly smaller. (honestly I'm not too keen on this spell but it's all I can think of.)

Nights Advance (E) is one of the cooler spells. This makes him invisible while gaining massive move speed over a very short time frame. I wanted some form of mobility on him, but I didn't want the classic teleport or dash. I feel like this should be able to be used fairly often, like Rivens shield dash, so that he is decently hard to kite. The idea was that he moves through the shadows, hidden by lunar powers.

Solar Eclipse (R) is probably my favorite idea I have had for a video game. This might be over powered, but its super cool, and maybe the slow could be removed if so. The idea is that he creates a Solar Eclipse above him so that everyone around him gets reduced vision (like a Graves Smokescreen), move speed, and attack speed. It should last for a decent amount of time. Long enough to be really powerful, but not long enough to guarantee the death of everyone inside. The area of effect is going to be large. Maybe the size of an Amumu ultimate or a Galio Ultimate. It has to be big enough so enemies don't just have to take a few steps to get out, but will need to use a dash or warp to get out right away.

ITEMS: You will want to build largely damage and attack speed, some resistances, and maybe cooldown reduction. An average fighter build (I don't really do fighters so sorry if this is totally wrong).

END THOUGHTS: If you have made it this far, then thank you very much! :D Anyways, I wanted to come up with a Champion based on the Lunari, because Diana is my spirit animal. ..Although I'm not a very aggressive person. I originally thought of the Solar Eclipse, and went from there. Starting him as a support, I got an ad fighter! If you have any ideas for better spells/spell tweaks ( I mean, the Q and W are pretty much spells taken from other champions...), or even his weapon, please do let me know! I would love to hear your thoughts on my Champion, and I really hope Riot makes someone at least similar to him.

Too broken. Leona ult for Q, Dianna Passive for W, Evelynn Passive for E, and R is just retarded powerful.
