Grundle, Troll Shaman. (Support/top)

Just a concept I had for a new champion that can be a flex pick for top or support, something that doesn't exist yet.

Roles: At top lane, he will work similar to trundle. His Q should provide him enough trading power and then just let his passive regen him back up to stay in lane and farm. The eyes in the sky provide a nice tool for him to avoid ganks. Once mid game is reached he will be great at tping to join his team to fight for objectives.

As a support he will be able to buff his marksmen for better trades after rooting an enemy with his wolf. Due to very low amount of scaling he will remain effective without much farm. Lore: A troll shaman from the frjelord and will have abilities based on that.

Stats: He will have to have pretty high base stats as he won't have too much scaling on abilities similar to Trundle.

Passive: Increased regeneration base on how low his HP is. or Increased bonus armor/magic resist.

Q: Spirit Strikes

passive: attacks deal bonus damage based on ad.

Active: Sends a spirit wolf to attack target enemy and rooting them. Passive is disabled.

W: Eyes in the sky

Active: Summons an eagle that grants flying vision. Is treated like a pet(can be commanded to move) and has a leash/vision range that increases per rank.

No scaling available.

E: Battle Chant

Toggle: Chant to increase nearby allies attack speed, Movespeed, and Attack damage. Full effect is reached after a few seconds of chanting.

R: Frjelordian Winter

active: Creates a snowstorm at target that area that blows in targeted direction. Enemies who try to move against the storm are slowed tremendously. Each second in the storm stacks a slow on enemies that caps out at the slow reached by moving against the storm.

I'm not sold on the name. >_>

Yeah, gotta be honest... I'm not a fan of the name either. But I appreciate what you're trying to do with it.

Overall, I think the kit is fairly strong. Great utility and map presence with the Q and R. A bit of damage over time on the ult would help give it some impact. And maybe a small % of health damage on the Q active would help him duel? Just spitballing.

Having a channeled buff that scales over time is an interesting mechanic, and I think it would work well if he had a good gap closer ( I picture the Q as more of a small nuke or escape/protection skill rather than an initiator). I can't help but imagining him hop on an enemy and toggling a Galio ult (smaller radius, minus the damage) as the allied adc chases them through. It just seems like a beautiful combo.

I don't think I like having that skill buff all three stats though because it wouldn't have a noticeable impact on adc gameplay. I'd rather see it buff one or two of those stats well (and visibly) rather than doing all three slightly. Maybe buff move speed + damage and grant him a small shield instead? That way it would retain some usefulness in the top lane as well. It would be like a minor zhonyas.

The only thing I don't like about the kit is his W. Top laners typically need the extra skill to help them edge out a duel, and they don't need vision as much because they aren't ganked often. Supports don't really need it either because they'll usually have a sightstone to serve the same purpose. However, I understand wanting to be able to check bushes for free. I keep thinking some kind of small aoe damage/reveal would work better. Orcc maybe a little extra to help engage? Naut's E or Sej's Q come to mind. Somewhere in that ballpark.

Anyway, there's a few twists on your ideas and critiques to think about. I think you're in the right place with this kit, though. It sounds fairly solid and fun to me.
