I made a 3d bust of Blitzcrank's concept art in the cinematic "The Climb". When are we getting the new Blitzcrank?! He looks like a potato in-game! [sg-janna]

I agree. We need the cinematik version of Blitzcrank in-game, with updated walking animation.

They should do a quick VU and voice update on all the old champs that are considered healthy and not in need of a rework. Surely riot has the resources to do this, and it makes them seem kinda lazy when they leave all these crappy looking ancient champs in the game. [sg-lulu]

They don´t make VUs because VUs aren´t that recognized/appreciated by the community.

It´s hard to make new voice overs because they need to do it worldwide, with the problem that some voice actors may work on other projects.

Surely riot has the resources to do this

Meddler mentioned Lissandras new passive doesn´t get shipped to pbe because currently no artist is available to do the visuals.

but muh billion dollar company

why not hire more artists if thats the problem and use some of those LCS funds

I will point out that Riot has to be extremely careful with how complex they make the 3d models, as the game has to run on toasters. If everything isn't minimalistic and optimized, it can go downhill quickly
