Jarvan seriously needs a new skin

Hey! So jarvan is my main for many seasons I am basically an otp. And last skin he recieved was like 3-4 years ago and I think he deserves something big (at least legendary if not ultimate) I am not very creative person but I found this picture on the internet and I think that it would be really sweet skin for him.
