Cellia, guardian of the elements - (elementalist pet conjurer)
Character concept:
Cellia is a druid, who has sworn her life to protect the three elements of the wild: Fire, earth and the Skies. She does this by calling upon elemental beings who will aid her by protect the zones she designates. She should play like a control mage, much like anivia, viktor, karthus etc, but with a lot of flexibility into builds and power-focus.

Passive: Guardian of the elements
Cellia is aided by her three elemental spirits (indicated by a small swirl around her, red, green, blue respectively), who give her passive bonusses and attack targets nearby her. When she uses a spirit through an ability, her passive buff will dissappear until they die, or get leashed (range 1500)
Phoenix buff: Cellia gains a burn on all her abilities and auto attacks, equal to 20 + 4 per level + 20% ap over 4 seconds.
Behemoth buff: Cellia is guarded by the behemoth, shielding her for 2 + 1 per level on auto attacks and abilities (50% effectiveness vs AoE)
Flying serpent buff: Cellia's flying serpent is sharing his energy with Cellia, giving her .2% +.1 per level health and mana regeneration per 5 seconds
Q: Spirit of the Phoenix (range 750, width 200)
Cellia summons her Phoenix to fly to target location, dealing 60/90/120/150/180 + 60% ap magic dmg on the way, and afterwards having the phoenix guard that location.
Avatar form: Sea of flames (range 750, radius 250) (2 charges after using ult, 3 sec CD)
Cellia sets terrain into flames, dealing 120/180/240 + 80% ap magic damage at target location
W: Spirit of the Behemoth (range 750, radius 150)
Cellia summons her Behemoth to charge to target enemy, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 + 5% (+3%/100 ad) of targets missing health in physical damage to all enemies in an AoE around the target and afterwards having the Behemoth guard that location.
Avatar form: Nature's charge (range 500, radius 200) (2 charges after using ult, 5 sec CD)
Cellia charges to target location, ignoring terrain, dealing 5/10/15% + 3%/100 ad of maximum health in physical damage
E: Spirit of the Flying serpent (range 750, radius 200)
Cellia summons her Flying serpent to drop down from the skies on target location after a small delay, knocking up targets for .5/.625/.75/.875/1 seconds and afterwards slowing them by 55%/65%/75%/85%/95%, decaying over 3 seconds.
Avatar form: Wrath of the skies (range 1000, radius 250) (3 charges, 4 sec CD)
Cellia calls thunder from the skies on target location, stunning enemies hit for .5/.75/1 second.

Cellia draws power from her spirits, temporarily disabling them to gain new abilities and additional strenght for 10 seconds. Cellia gains 20/30/40% increased AP, AD and health over this time, gains 100 extra AA range and all of her spirit buffs are doubled.
Pet stats:
Phoenix: AA range = 350, leash range on location = 200 Hp = 500 + 50/level AR/MR = Cellia's Attack speed = .78 + .4/level Attacks deal 20 +4/level + 20% ap, and also apply the phoenix burn.
Behemoth: AA range = 150, leash range on location = 400 Hp = 700 + 70/level AR/MR = Cellia's + 20 Attack speed = .71 + .3/level Attacks deal 30+6/level + 2% +1%/100 ad of current health
Serpent: AA range = 550, leash range on location = 0 Hp = 300 + 30/level AR/MR = Cellia's - 20 Attack speed = .85 + .5/level Attacks deal 10 +2/level + 10% ap and applies a 30 + 2% level slow for .5 seconds
