toxicity

Hello, my name is mobire and i'd like to speak about toxicity, and why it shouldn't be a bannable offense in the first place. LoL has way more issues but decided to only take action on toxicity. Win Traders, Trolls, and INTers exist but they dont face anything but you can get banned for simply flaming someone back. Riot i beg you please fix your shitty game if you want people not to be toxic
