New Champ Idea (Dont have a name this is just a quick thought up idea)

Feedback is appreciated (i also already know riot would most likely need permission if it closely resembles from the creators)

So He would be a top (possibly a jungler) and i watch anime (specifically tokyo ghoul) and i think that a character that resembles and has the abilities of him which i honestly think would be pretty freakin awesome

He would be a AD Bruiser or just dmg depending how u decided to build him (Like Darius)

Uses bloodlust like aatrox

***-kagune ( the 4 red things that resemble tails in the picture which are actually weapons) ***

Passive, Feeding frenzy- first auto attack on enemys deals bonus dmg and heals u for a percentage of the damage dealt also gives you extra bloodlust (only works once every like 6 seconds) when you have full bloodlust your abilities sap your health but you deal more damage with them

Q- Would take his kagune and stab an area on the ground in front of him doing aoe dmg and slowing

W- Would take his 4 kagune and pull enemys to him

E- LIfts himself up with the kagune and begin to run on them doing dmg to everything in ur path going over walls until u run our of time or until u reactivate

R- Uses his kagune to crush enemys in front of him in a line doing aoe dmg
